The Search is Officially Over.
After an incredible round of applications, inspiring pitches, and some seriously difficult decisions, we are so excited to introduce the 15 finalists selected for LASHCON Star Search 2026, proudly sponsored by Flutterstop.
These 15 finalists are about to do something big.
On Saturday, September 12, they will step onto the LASHCON Main Stage in San Diego and have just three minutes to share an idea, teach us something, and show us the kind of educator they could become.
And from this group, only two finalists will earn the opportunity to return as featured speakers at LASHCON 2027.

This year's group represents the creativity, passion, experience, and evolving perspectives that continue to move the lash extension industry forward.
Every person selected took a risk simply by applying. Putting your ideas out there can feel vulnerable. Stepping onto a stage in front of your peers takes even more courage. Star Search is ultimately about more than who wins.
It is an opportunity to stretch yourself, develop your voice, share what you know, and experience what it feels like to step into the role of educator.
That growth matters and we cannot wait to see what each finalist does with their three minutes!
